Por qué apoyo RENOVEMOS LA CULTURA SORDA! Testimonios (4)

Rocío Garza Gutiérrez (Mexicana. Ingeniera en Sistemas de Información, Maestría en Educación Superior, concluyendo Doctorado en Educación Inclusiva, con experiencia en trabajar y capacitar a un compañero de trabajo Sordo en una empresa mexicana):

Considero que la principal razón de la situación de los sordos en el mundo es la falta de conocimiento y sensibilización sobre la sordera, pues es un tema complejo, diverso e invisible; y “Cultura Sorda” es el sito en Internet con más y mejor información en español sobre la sordera, gracias al cual expertos e interesados comparten e intercambian conocimiento muy valioso de diversos aspectos, para ayudar a las personas sordas.
Gracias a “Cultura Sorda”:
- En 6 meses he aprendido tantas cosas, que sin el sitio no hubiera logrado ni en 10 años.
- He logrado descubrir autores, historias, personajes, proyectos, iniciativas, retos, etc.
- He tenido la oportunidad de intercambiar opiniones e ideas con autores que admiro.
- Me he dado cuenta quiénes son los expertos del tema en México y lo que están haciendo.
- Cada vez descubro más y más cosas que faltan en México para las personas sordas.
- Estoy a punto de terminar mi Tesis de Doctorado sobre Sordera.
- Compartiré, con el mundo, mi Tesis de Doctorado sobre Sordera.

Y lo más importante, es que gracias a “Cultura Sorda”, me puedo dar cuenta que todo lo anterior está perfecto, pero para los oyentes; y como lo que todos, autores y usuarios del sitio, tenemos en común es el querer ayudar a las personas sordas, ¡RENOVEMOS LA CULTURA SORDA!, para permitir que todos estos beneficios lleguen también a ellos, los protagonistas, y además tengamos la oportunidad de escucharlos y de colaborar juntos.

Por eso yo doné para la campaña RENOVEMOS LA CULTURA SORDA, para evolucionar el sitio para hacerlo accesible para las personas sordas, realizando tres ajustes recomendados por la ONU, y por eso TE INVITO A DONAR, AYUDEMOS A EXTENDER LOS BENEFICIOS DE “CULTURA SORDA” PARA LAS PERSONAS SORDAS
